Waterproofing is the the process used to prevent water ingress. At Blake Brothers, we have completed tens of thousands of waterproofing jobs. We are well known as industry leaders for our expertise and cater for the smallest residential roofs and balconies through to complex jobs for leading hotel and hospital groups. We have undertaken some of the most challenging jobs with ease due to our expertise in the field.

We are well known as industry leaders for our expertise and cater for the smallest residential roofs and balconies through to complex jobs for leading hotel and hospital groups. Painting and wall sealing is a meticulous process that, when done with correct preparation work and knowledge, can provide many years of protection for a building or structure. In terms of water ingress, we offer mid range basic systems to full spec wall sealing systems. Our industry leading four coat application system is a Blake Brothers trade skill that has been honed through many years of experience and over multiple jobs and applications.
Preparation is the most important part of our job. We ensure all defective surfaces are removed including salts, chaulk and any loose flaking paint.. The appropriate patching, filling plaster or sealant is then used. This will often differ between stable and flexible, depending on what we feel is best suited to offer you maximum protection.
